Shipping and Handling
We attempt to ship your order with in 48 hours of payment. Freight items will book within the 48
hour time frame but actual ship date is at the sole descretion of the carrier selected.
We offer the

items we ship are insured to the full purchase price. All freight claims are the buyers responsibility to file with the carrier
delivering the equipment.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Customers often ask what our return policy is. Due to the nature of our sales being of
used offlease or bankruptcy recovery equipment we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. When purchasing from our
used inventory you should always visit our warehouse and inspect the item(s) you are considering whenever possible. We
do our very best to be as descriptive as possible but again, you should visit our warehouse and inspect on your own.
